Adapting to unforeseen challenges by utilising in-house expertise

We encountered unexpected issues, such as low headroom piling that was initially overlooked by the client. Our in-house design team swiftly amended the methodology and utilised machinery tailored to the site’s limitations. This allowed us to address design adjustments, including the complex task of underpinning a heritage building while preserving its integrity and aligning with project goals. By collaborating with the Taylor team on service disconnections and diversion works, we developed innovative solutions that kept the project on track.

Utilising in-house expertise and equipment

Our internal resources were key to efficiency and cost savings. We used top-tier equipment and in-house expertise, reducing the need for external contractors. This approach saved time and money. Our experience with live school sites, with children present, ensured safety and access. We designed our methodology with these factors in mind and engaged stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
